qStudio 1.43 Released – mac save bug fixed

qStudio 1.43 Released. This:
- Adds stack traces to kdb 3.5+
- Fixes the mac bug where the filename wasn’t shown when trying to save a file.
- Fixes a number of multi-threading UI problems
