Thanks

PeachQ grows through code, documentation, questions and bug reports. Thank you to everyone who helps make it better.

Contributors and community

Thanks to our code and documentation contributors, including the contributors to the engine PeachQ builds on:

hetoku, maximk, protocolstardust, ryanhamilton, ser-vasilich, singaraiona, theaspirational.

Thanks to mau-mauricelim for the table-display and terminal-editing introduction in issue #62, which helped shape our REPL guide.

Thanks also to the wider q community:

Thanks for raising issues

Bug reports, confusing examples, questions and suggestions all help. We love hearing what you find: raise an issue even if you do not have a fix to contribute.

Thank you to everyone who has opened an issue, including reports that are now closed:

KX documentation

Thank you to KX Systems and the documentation contributors for making their q reference available under an open licence.

The files in the basics and ref sections were imported from Documentation for kdb+ and q, by KX Systems and contributors, through Ryan Hamilton's fork at commit 508a1ae8c8309ac9628aad4f61b8bd8d1d127aeb.

The material is used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence. PeachQ imported only the docs/basics and docs/ref sections. The initial snapshot is unmodified; later PeachQ changes are recorded in this repository's Git history.

The System commands reference is adapted from System commands in the kdb+ and q documentation, © KX Systems, under the same CC BY 4.0 licence. A marked PeachQ-specific section adds help and table-display commands above the existing reference text.

PeachQ is an independent open-source project. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by KX. KX and kdb+ are trademarks of their respective owners.

Foundations

Thanks to Anton and the Rayforce contributors for the pure-C vector engine PeachQ builds on.

Thanks to Hannes, Mark and the DuckDB community for the database engine that underpins our planned storage work.
